Job summary

Linesight is hiring a Contracts Manager to lead tender processes, draft and manage contracts, and provide post-contract guidance across multiple projects. You will support teams in delivering compliant, timely outcomes and build strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes negotiation, communication, and a solid understanding of legal agreements with experience in Ariba or similar platforms. Interviews may be conducted in person or virtually.

Qualifications

• Strong research skills and an in-depth understanding of legal agreements.
• Experience with Ariba or similar tender management platforms.
• Working knowledge of local contract laws and corporate policies.
• Proven people leader with excellent negotiation, persuasion and judgment skills.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.

Responsibilities

• Administer the tender process across multiple contracts from GCs to professional consultant appointments.
• Track and manage tender steps including prequalification, tender issue, queries and responses, submissions, and post-tender queries and negotiation.
• Draft contracts and collate contract documentation.
• Oversee post-contract management, including contract administration advice, claims tracking, and processing change orders.
• Partner with construction project management and cost management teams.
• Advise the client on contract award with the commercial team.
