• Track and manage tender process steps including bidder prequalification, tender issue, queries and responses, tender submissions, and post-tender queries and negotiation.
• Draft contracts and collate contract documentation.
• Oversee post-contract management, including providing contract administration advice to the client, claims tracking, and producing and processing contract change orders.
• Partner closely with the construction project management and cost management teams.
• Work with the commercial team to advise the client on contract award.

The Opportunity

• Administer the tender process across multiple contracts from GCs to professional consultant appointments

• Have working experience with Ariba or similar tender management platforms
• Have a working knowledge of local and contract laws and corporate policies

• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
• Are detail oriented and quality focused

The salary range for this role is between $108,000 and $145,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.
