Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Schedule Manager to support our North America data center portfolio across the full project lifecycle, from pre-lease through construction. You will own schedule oversight, coordinate with the pre-lease and on-site teams, and track milestones, risks, and recoveries to keep projects on plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and collaborative working skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedule oversight for data center sites across the full lifecycle (pre-lease to construction).
• Review and track lease-defined dates, penalties, incentives, and ramp dates.
• Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule and baseline schedules.
• Conduct due diligence schedule reviews during pre-lease and flag unrealistic milestones.
• Coordinate schedule development with Senior Project Manager and handoff to construction.
• Support on-site PM with progress tracking, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Incorporate change orders' schedule impacts and benchmark against other sites.
• Maintain portfolio-wide benchmarking data for milestones and labor curves.
• Prepare executive-level schedule reporting for client and leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with Cost Manager to keep schedule, cost, and scope aligned.
