Job summary

MGAC’s Critical Environments team leads the construction of data centers and hospitals with deep industry expertise. As a Project Manager, you will drive high-visibility projects, act as owners' representative, resolve issues, and guide informed decisions to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management with building design/construction knowledge.
• Bachelor’s, Associate, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years leading critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects while coordinating with others.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and recovery planning.
• Ensure delivery aligns with client vision as a trusted partner.
