Job summary

Ascendion seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to support leased data center projects. You will assist the Lead Construction Manager with schedules, stakeholder coordination, and compliance, aiming for progression to full leadership with a strong focus on execution and readiness.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in PM/coordination in large-scale facilities, MEP expertise, and comfort with Power BI reporting and budgets.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in construction project management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems in large-scale commercial or data center projects.
• Experience with Core & Shell construction in mission-critical facilities.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems and structured cabling fundamentals.
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to learn Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Engineering or related technical education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Construction Manager by tracking milestones and Ready-for-Service dates.
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards for progress reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams, security, and external lease providers under guidance.
• Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, and status updates.
• Assist with compliance audits, inspections, and documentation reviews.
• Monitor budgets and validate invoices against scopes of work.
• Track lease partner deliverables and escalate discrepancies and delays.
