Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Construction Manager to lead onsite construction, commissioning, and turnover for data center projects in North America. You will partner with contractors, designers, and vendors to deliver scope on time and within budget.

The role requires strong CPM scheduling familiarity, experience with retrofits and new build outs, and coordination across multiple sites. Travel up to 50% across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and/or 7–10 years of professional construction experience.
• Experience in data center/critical infrastructure construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite construction, commissioning, and turnover of data center projects.
• Support lead CM with contractor, designer, and vendor management.
• Own construction scope including retrofits and new build-outs across North America.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional partners.
• Provide site leadership and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
