AECOM is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager for our Buffalo, NY office. You will lead multi-project construction activities from pre-construction through occupancy and warranty, coordinating with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS with 10+ years of experience (15+ preferred) in construction and can travel up to 90%. This on-site role offers a competitive USD salary range of 170,000–200,000 per year and relocation support.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS plus ten years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Fifteen years in Construction.

Aufgaben

• Manages all activities from pre-construction to warranty for multiple projects including new construction and renovation.
• Coordinates construction activities with the client, client vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Understands scheduling and milestones, and basic construction means and methods.
• Plans and organizes reports and reviews documentation from multiple project teams.
• Provides direction to others and ensures project is built per design, budget, schedule and quality.
• Coordinate with the General Contractor and schedule tests and inspections required by the Contract Documents or authorities.
• Review punch lists and ensure completion before substantial completion.
• Monitor progress and process field construction documentation (RFI/submittals) and provide engineering support.
• Coordinate project documentation with Project Controls and review pay applications.
