Responsibilities

• Manage all activities for multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate construction with client, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee scheduling, milestones, and means-and-methods knowledge.
• Prepare reports and reviews with project teams.
• Provide direction to team and ensure design/budget/schedule adherence.
• Coordinate tests/inspections with GC and authorities.
• Review pay applications and site documentation.
