LONG Building Technologies is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to lead construction, startup, and commissioning for complex data center projects. You will coordinate across sales, project management, and manufacturers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong safety and quality controls.

Ideal candidates bring the ability to manage cost, risk, and schedule, plus experience leading multidisciplinary teams on mission-critical builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent in construction management or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Experience in construction projects, safety, scheduling, and cost control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, schedules, and budgets to plan execution.
• Coordinate with general and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct site inspections and manage risk and safety compliance.
• Oversee startup, commissioning, IST, and handover activities.
• Maintain documentation and change control; manage project costs and contracts.
