Aegis Project Controls is seeking a Senior Construction Manager in Meridian, MS. You will provide construction management support to the client’s data center practice, monitor design, bidding, cost and scheduling events, and escalate risks with 100% transparency.

• 3–7 years of construction experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication to keep the client and team aligned.
• Proven ability to identify risks and raise issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Escalate risks and maintain 100% transparency with the client.
• Review and track design, bidding, cost and scheduling events.
• Coordinate with architect/engineer and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Monitor daily logs, RFIs and submittals to inform decisions.
• Provide weekly construction updates.
