Job summary

Equinix, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager within the Global Design and Construction team to lead data center projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure safety and quality across operations. The role oversees PMs and drives cost control, schedules, and vendor coordination.

You will collaborate with internal Design/Procurement/Operations and external contractors, ensuring successful project delivery from inception to handover in a complex, multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction project management.
• Typically 10+ years experience in construction project management for data centers or similar environments.
• Proficiency with MS Project is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center projects and manage project risk.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet project goals.
• Manage contracts, cost forecasts and handover documentation.
