Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager (Owner's Representative) for Abernathy, TX, to coordinate, manage, and report on construction activities for mission-critical facilities.

You will ensure effective project controls, schedule oversight, financial tracking, and cross-functional coordination with stakeholders across multiple teams. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of commercial/industrial construction or mission-critical project experience (Data Center, Semiconductor, Labs, or similar).
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• PMP, CCM, or PE license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction oversight for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities across multiple buildings on a data center campus.
• Review and validate the GC's full construction schedule, including monthly forecasts and CPM updates.
• Coordinate weekly schedule coordination meetings with the GC, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and direct vendors.
