Job summary

AECOM is seeking Senior Data Center Construction Managers who will work on site in Las Vegas, NV to lead complex data center projects from pre-construction through closeout. This full-time role requires coordinating with clients, vendors and project teams to ensure schedule, budget and quality are met.

Candidates should have a BA/BS with eight or more years of construction experience; fifteen years in construction is preferred. Travel up to 90% across the US is possible.

Qualifications

• BA/BS +8 years of construction experience required.
• Fifteen years in Construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities associated with assigned projects including pre-construction, design, construction, closeout, occupancy and warranty enforcement for multiple projects.
• Organizes construction activities with the client, vendors, and stakeholders; ensures schedule, budget and quality.
• Coordinate with General Contractor and ensure scheduling of tests and inspections; review pay applications and project documentation.
