Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 years of experience or equivalent, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Motor Vehicle Report will be required for this position.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field; 15+ years in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities on hyperscale data center project including pre-construction, design, construction phasing, closeout coordination, commissioning, facility start-up and testing, occupancy and warranty enforcement.
• Work with Program Director to develop and execute project delivery strategies aligned with schedule, budget and operational requirements.
• Act as the primary construction interface with the client; coordinate with client and vendors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all construction work on-site meets cost and schedule requirements.
• Understand scheduling and critical milestones; oversee construction means and methods.
• Coordinate with field teams and prepare project reports and documentation.
• Promote safety and maintain zero-incident culture across activities.
• Build strong relationships with client leadership, contractors, and authorities.
