Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager to lead hyperscale data center projects in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on pre-construction through commissioning, coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure schedule and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include interface with client, coordinating tests and inspections, managing safety, and driving project delivery with a zero-incident culture.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education including 2 years of leadership
• Motor Vehicle Report will be required for this position
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field
• Fifteen years in Construction.
• PMP, CCM,PE or equivalent professional certifications
• Experience overseeing commissioning, startup and operational readiness programs.
• Demonstrated experience as an Owner's Representative, Construction Manager, General Contractor, or Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities on hyperscale data center project including pre-construction, design, construction phasing, closeout coordination, commissioning, facility start-up and testing, occupancy and warranty enforcement.
• Work with Program Director to develop and execute project delivery strategies aligned with schedule, budget and operational requirements.
• Act as the primary construction interface with the client; coordinate construction activities with client and vendors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all on-site construction work is performed efficiently to meet cost and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with General Contractors and EPC Contractors and ensure scheduling of tests and inspections and archive reports in PMIS.
• Review punch lists and approve pay applications; monitor progress and document field activities.
