• Lead safety culture for the project.

• Manage field construction activity and support activities.
• Develop project schedules and monitor productivity.
• Review cost reports for analysis.
• Establish project labor requirements.
• Conduct project inspections and advise on work progress.
• Coordinate work with subcontractors.
• Administer project policies.
• Coordinate with architects and clients to resolve issues.
• Monitor project to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Conduct safety meetings.
• Determine equipment needs and maintenance.
• Oversee Quality Control.
