Job summary

Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) is hiring a Senior Construction Manager to oversee data center projects in North-Central/West Texas, with offices in Austin. You will lead client relations, strategic planning, and the construction process from concept through activation.

You will bring 8+ years of development and project management experience, including data centers, and act as Owner’s Representative to safeguard investor interests while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of development and project management experience, with at least five years in data center projects.
• Experience as an Owner’s Representative or Project Manager representing fiduciary interests.
• Ability to manage teams through all development and construction phases.
• Knowledge of budgets, pro forma, and financial metrics like IRR and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with PMA clients and lead through planning, design, and construction of new buildings and tenant improvements.
• Lead master planning, budgeting, pre-construction, design development, and construction documentation phases.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills to meet client expectations.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
