Prime Data Centers is seeking a Commissioning (Cx) Program Engineer to act as the project-level administrator for the global commissioning program across a regional portfolio. You will own the entire commissioning lifecycle from RFP to turnover, enforce standards, and drive third-party CxA vendors to on-time, defect-free handovers to Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with mission-critical MEP systems: power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear/ATS, cooling systems, controls, fire/life safety.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, sequences of operations and contracts.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, NEC/NFPA, and related standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead commissioning teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead calls and present to leadership.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as portfolio requires.

Responsabilités

• Enforce commissioning standards, templates, and processes across projects.
• Coordinate with leadership to refine corporate standards and processes.
• Own and oversee the commissioning lifecycle framework (L2–L5) for campuses.
• Ensure projects are properly scoped and executed according to requirements.
• Develop and manage contracts for Cx services; budget, schedule, and closeout.
• Integrate with Quality department to support assurance and consistency.
• Sup port other CxEs and projects with occasional travel to campuses and Denver Office.
• Establish and track program KPIs and report to leadership.
• Oversee vendor selection, testing scripts, and deliverables from third-party CxA providers.
• Align commissioning schedule with design, procurement, and construction milestones.
• Lead IST and functional testing of MEP systems, and manage testing scenarios.
