Job summary

Prime Data Centers (PDC) is seeking a Commissioning (Cx) Program Engineer to own the commissioning lifecycle across regional data center projects, from RFP to turnover. You will enforce standards, coordinate with design and construction teams, and drive third-party CxA vendors to on-time, defect-free handovers to Operations.

Based in the US with domestic travel, you’ll oversee L2–L5 processes, manage budgets and contracts for Cx services, and contribute to continuous improvement of the

Qualifications

• Experience with mission-critical MEP systems and commissioning lifecycle.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple projects and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Enforce commissioning standards, templates, and processes.
• Coordinate with leadership to refine corporate standards.
• Own L2–L5 commissioning lifecycle framework for the campus.
• Develop and execute contracts for Cx services, budgeting and scheduling.
• Oversee testing of MEP systems and IST, and manage CxA vendors.
• Ensure complete auditable commissioning documentation for each project.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls across the program.
