Job summary

Fluor is seeking a senior leader to manage large to mega data center commissioning and start-up projects. You will direct the engineering, construction, and commissioning teams, align budgets, schedules, and client expectations, and ensure safe, compliant turnover of facilities.

The role requires extensive experience in commissioning, budget control, and leadership, with a strong ability to collaborate across disciplines and locations.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and significant experience in data center commissioning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Technical knowledge to complete the job and apply applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the commissioning and startup schedule for data center projects.
• Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, operations and testing activities.
• Manage budgets and costs for commissioning labor and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction management and turnover teams.
