Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent; extensive work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients and vendors.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines related to the role.
• Detail-oriented with time-conscious work habits.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocation and utilization of department resources and personnel.
• Lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up strategies across projects.
• Participate in bid/no bid reviews, cost estimates, schedules and risk issues.
• Review active Fluor projects to ensure performance aligns with plan.
• Lead client, supplier, partner, and subcontractor meetings as needed.
• Develop staff through on-the-job and formal training and feedback.
