Responsibilities

• Manage mega-size projects and allocate department resources effectively.
• Lead bid/no-bid and proposal reviews with focus on pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up.
• Develop staff through on-the-job training and timely performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and OSR/OSIP procedures.
