Job summary

Confidential owner’s representative is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning across electrical, mechanical and controls systems for major data center projects in the U.S. The role involves representing the owner on-site, coordinating with GC's, designers, commissioning agents, and vendors, and driving milestones to turnover.

You will oversee schedules, testing, issue resolution, and safety standards while traveling extensively across the country for extended project

Qualifications

• Experience leading commissioning in data center environments.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E, LOTO and OSHA standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical, mechanical and controls commissioning from installation through functional testing and turnover.
• Represent the owner when coordinating with contractors, designers, vendors and other project stakeholders.
• Manage commissioning schedules, MOPs, work notifications, documentation and issue tracking.
• Maintain commissioning, quality and safety standards while identifying risks to project delivery.
