Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Data Center Cabling Engineer to design and implement structured cabling for new data centers and expansions. You will deploy physical cabling systems, adhere to global standards, and troubleshoot connectivity issues across patch panels and cords.

You will collaborate with Program Management and vendors to deliver builds on time, review BOMs, and align work with project roadmaps while prioritizing customer experience and continuous improvement.

• Designs structured cabling solutions for new data centers.
• Deploys physical cabling systems per instructions.
• Adheres to global data center cabling standards.
• Troubleshoots cabling connectivity issues, including patch panels/cords.
• Implements infrastructure for Oracle data centers.
• Delivers repeatable solutions to support continuous improvement.
• Reviews BOM and project roadmap to align scope with business needs.
• Prioritizes customer experience in planning and delivery.
• Reports project updates to inform leads of status and roadblocks.
• Maintains documentation on cabling and build standards.
