Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver, CO is seeking a Business Development Senior Associate to support the full customer development lifecycle, from initial engagement to lease execution and beyond. You will conduct market research, model deal economics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role offers a hybrid in-office schedule (3 days in Denver), travel up to 15-30%, and a compensation range of $110K-$125K with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, real estate or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant real estate or investment roles.
• Strong analytical capabilities and Excel financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to inform the BD team and customers.
• Perform customer research and due diligence on requirements and stakeholders.
• Abstract and summarize complex real estate lease agreements and term sheets.
• Draft preliminary term sheets outlining proposed business terms for prospective deals.
• Help prepare investment committee memos summarizing deal overviews and next steps.
• Track evolving commercial terms and perform ad hoc financial analyses with Finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including site origination/development, legal, finance, construction, operations, and energy.
• Track critical path milestones, need-by dates, and report on milestones in WBR.
• Assist with negotiation and documentation of final lease agreements.
