Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Associate for the Capital Markets team to own end-to-end financial modeling and lead asset-level analysis across development stages. You will drive debt financing and equity transactions, coordinating with lenders, advisors, and internal teams.

The role demands ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment, with up to 10% travel and a hybrid in-office requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of relevant experience in project finance or infrastructure investing.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and independent model auditing.
• Experience executing and closing financing transactions.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own complex project-level financial models for data center assets and run scenario analyses.
• Lead debt financing, tax equity, and structured equity transactions with advisors and lenders.
• Review financing documents such as credit agreements and term sheets.
• Draft external marketing materials and internal Investment Committee materials.
• Evaluate portfolio-level financing strategies including warehouse facilities and revolvers.
• Collaborate across teams to align financing with delivery timelines and budgets.
