Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction management, focusing on BTM or mission-critical power infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, UPS, and generators.
• Proven ability to lead multi-contractor large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of BTM construction including planning and equipment installation.
• Monitor overall project progress and budget control.
• Ensure compliance with design documents and safety standards.
