STN, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Center Architecture Program Manager in Odessa, TX. The role leads complex, multi-site data center programs end-to-end, setting standards for the PM team and coordinating with design and operations.

You will own reference architectures, program playbooks, and drive long-lead procurement for power, cooling, and network equipment. Travel to sites is required as part of a hybrid work arrangement.

• Track record delivering multi-million-dollar builds on schedule.
• Deep fluency in data center electrical and mechanical design tradeoffs.
• Proven management of GC/A&E/OEM ecosystems.

About the role

Senior program leader for the data center architecture portfolio. Owns the hardest multi-site programs end to end and sets the standards the rest of the PM team follows.

What you’ll do

• Own the most complex or highest-risk data center build and expansion programs.

• Define reference architectures and program playbooks with design and operations leads.

• Manage general contractors, A&E firms, and OEMs against schedule and budget.

• Drive long-lead procurement strategy for power, cooling, and network equipment.

What we’re looking for

Compensation

• Full-Time, Exempt
• $190,000 - $240,000/year, DOE and Location
