Job summary

STN Incorporated is seeking a Senior Data Center Architecture Program Manager in Odessa, TX. This role leads the most complex data center programs end to end, sets standards for the PM team, and requires hybrid work with site travel.

You will own high-risk builds, define reference architectures with design and operations, manage GC/A&E/OEM partners, drive procurement strategies, and mentor others. Candidates must have 8+ years of large-scale data center experience and executive-level

• Track record delivering multi-million-dollar builds on schedule.
• Deep fluency in data center electrical and mechanical design tradeoffs.

About the role

Senior program leader for the data center architecture portfolio. Owns the hardest multi-site programs end to end and sets the standards the rest of the PM team follows.

What you’ll do

• Own the most complex or highest-risk data center build and expansion programs.
• Define reference architectures and program playbooks with design and operations leads.
• Manage general contractors, A&E firms, and OEMs against schedule and budget.

What we’re looking for

• Willing to travel to sites.

Nice to have

• PMP, PE, or CM credential.

• Prior team leadership or people management.

Compensation

• Full-Time, Exempt
• $190,000 – $240,000/year, DOE and Location
