Job summary

The role involves managing architectural projects, ensuring compliance with various building codes and design standards, and leading the development of architectural designs for data centers. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of architectural experience, including significant exposure to data center design, and proficiency in design tools like Revit and AutoCAD. Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program.
• 7+ years of architectural experience, including 3+ years in data center or mission critical facility design.
• Licensed Architect, or active pursuit with expected licensure within 12 months.
• Experience managing external architects and consultants as an owner's representative or developer.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural designs for Fluidstack's campus portfolio.
• Lead masterplan and campus layout development.
• Manage external architects and engineers throughout the design process.
• Ensure compliance with various building codes.
• Review contractor submittals and conduct site visits.
