Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Architect to design and evaluate architectural solutions for global data centers. You will work with internal teams and external groups to standardize designs, drive innovation, and ensure high uptime.

You will mentor the engineering community and contribute to technical forums while delivering clear documentation and impactful solutions. Your role requires hands-on architectural design experience, collaboration across disciplines, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance.
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Rhino, SketchUp).
• Ability to manage multiple projects across regions and communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Architectural systems for data centers, collaborating with multiple disciplines.
• Produce clear design specifications, diagrams, and reports.
• Drive standardization of data center architectural designs across regions.
• Provide technical support for information requests and project deep dives.
• Mentor and support the Data Center Engineering community.
