Job summary

Supermicro is looking for Sr. Solution Architect - Enterprise to drive deliverables from beginning to end for our Enterprise customers on Supermicro Systems Management Software.

In this role, the candidate should be able to understand customer environment and requirements, create architectural designs, identify gaps, manage and drive solutions for our customers. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Server Management technologies in Data Centers or related roles.
• Experience with Day1/Day2 server management operations and Redfish RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking topologies, playbooks, and LDAP/AD.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility with customers and drive positive experiences with Supermicro solutions.
• Develop and maintain reference materials, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
• Improve internal processes to boost efficiency for customers and product teams.
• Collaborate with product, production, sales, and field technical teams to advocate for customer needs.
• Partner with internal development teams to drive product and process improvements from feedback.
