Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to Analyst staff on daily inquiries.
• Analyze audit report data for accuracy and compliance with rules.
• Audit licensure look-up results for accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver training to outside audit firms.
• Identify patterns and recommend remediation actions for data discrepancies.
• Develop project plans and test plans; monitor progress.
• Present to the Board of Trustees.
• Review participant eligibility and licensing in audits.
• Document high-level findings and maintain audit files.
• Coordinate with end users and stakeholders on production support.
