Join our Data Team! Our collaborative and diverse data team has experience spanning many industries including energy, retail, healthcare, and DoD. Our projects range from data architecture and modeling to natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and predictive analytics. We seek a passionate data architect and modeler who is career-oriented and eager to grow their skills. The ideal candidate will bring innovative and best practices to all data-related tasks.

The Senior Data Architect/Scientist will be responsible for constructing and enhancing the comprehensive Enterprise Information Model (EIM), which serves as the backbone for data integration and decision support within a maintenance ecosystem. This role requires expertise in consolidating various data sources into a cohesive model while ensuring data accuracy and quality through effective governance. The architect will leverage machine learning and advanced analytics to derive insights and support operational efficiencies in maintenance and logistics.

Required skills include:

• Proficiency in data architecture and engineering principles
• Expertise in data integration techniques and data quality management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in machine learning methodologies
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards
• Experience in developing data models and standardization protocols
• Understanding of DoD logistics and maintenance processes
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset
• Ability to extract and integrate information from large structured and unstructured datasets
• Experience with tools such as Cameo
• Experience with data sourcing, cleansing, and preparation
• Knowledge of various machine learning techniques and their applications
• Strong Python programming skills
• Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with executives and subject matter experts
• At least ten (10) years of experience in data analysis, insights presentation, and stakeholder communication
• MS and/or PhD in engineering, computer science, statistics, analytics, mathematics, or related fields
• Willingness to obtain Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required)
• Successful completion of drug test and background screening

Desired skills:

• Experience with collaborative coding and version control (e.g., Git)
• Experience with real-time data processing and analytics
• Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques
• Risk assessment and management skills in data-driven environments
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
