Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking a strategic Data Architect to lead design, development, and optimization of enterprise data platforms.

You will shape scalable architectures powering analytics and reporting across diverse business units, with hands-on work in Databricks, ERP/CRM integrations, and data pipelines. The role requires 7+ years in data architecture/engineering, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and SyteLine.

Qualifications

• Hands-on 7+ years in data architecture/engineering with a focus on scalable platforms.
• Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark-based transformations.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and automation.
• Experience integrating ERP/CRM data (SAP, Oracle, SyteLine, Salesforce).
• Solid data governance, metadata management, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data architectures across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Lead data integration from ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, SyteLine, Salesforce).
• Develop and optimize robust ETL/ELT pipelines with distributed processing.
• Manage large-scale data migrations with integrity and minimal disruption.
• Model logical/physical schemas for transactional and analytic use cases.
• Collaborate with engineers/analysts to operationalize data solutions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of data workflows.
• Champion data governance, quality, and metadata management across analytics ecosystems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data teams.
