Job summary

ProMach Inc. is seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise‑grade data platforms.

You will shape scalable data architecture powering analytics, reporting, and operations across business units. The role requires hands-on Databricks experience, ERP/CRM data integration (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, SyteLine), and strong data modeling skills for both transactional and analytical use cases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data architecture experience with enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark-based processing.
• Strong SQL and Python for data transformation and automation.
• Proven ability to design scalable data models and ETL/ELT processes.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data architectures across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Lead data integration from ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, SyteLine, Salesforce).
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for reliability and performance.
• Lead large data migration projects with data lineage and minimal disruption.
• Model both transactional and analytical data using star schemas and normalization.
