Qualifications

• Power Apps, Power BI, PowerShell, SSRS, and Snowflake experience.
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures, RAG patterns, or AI-enabled data pipelines.
• Extensive knowledge of Office 365 products, including SharePoint Online and Excel.
• Familiarity with Caterpillar technologies and Cat Digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical owner of multiple database platforms and applications, overseeing the full project lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, and implementation.
• Design, build, and administer APIs and system integrations that connect databases, applications, and third‑party platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and well‑documented data exchange.
• Oversee data warehouse operations; troubleshoot and resolve issues across supported systems.
• Conduct product research and evaluate new database and software products against business requirements.
• Assist with project planning and provide technical database expertise to team members and vendors.
• Collaborate with vendors on the direction of solution development and enhancements for supported platforms.
