Job summary

The role focuses on leading the IBOR/Reporting transition, building a governed data environment, and enabling AI-enabled querying across Glean and other tools. Collaboration with ISG and stakeholders is essential for durable, scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python skills with data modeling and pipeline design experience.
• Experience building data environments that support reporting, analytics, and knowledge systems.
• Familiarity with data quality, lineage, and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and migration of the firm's data architecture to support IBOR/Reporting.
• Define and maintain core data models and entity mappings across reporting, CRM, and investment systems.
• Design integration patterns to align data definitions across systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Partner with Operations and business stakeholders to ensure timeliness, accuracy, auditability, and usability.
• Establish monitoring, quality checks, reconciliation processes, and exception handling for production reporting.
