• 5+ years with native cloud products (Azure / GCP).
• 8+ years mentoring data teams and leading large projects.
• Hands‑on coding in Python/Java; data security and governance aware.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data architecture programs across clients.
• Coach and mentor data architects and engineers globally.
• Shape data strategies, governance, and modernization roadmaps.
• Engage C‑level stakeholders and win new business for EY.
• Guide teams in design of modern data platforms for AI/ML.
