Job summary

EY is seeking a Data, Application & Automation Delivery Senior to join its Government and Infrastructure practice in the US. You will own data platforms, databases, codebases, and automation components across the solution lifecycle, collaborating with EY teams and government clients to deliver reliable data-driven capabilities.

You will develop Power Platform solutions, build dashboards, and ensure data quality while guiding junior staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3–5+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting data, application, analytics, or automation solutions.
• Proficiency with SQL, data transformations, and data quality practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong English communication and ability to work with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, enhance, and support data platforms, databases, applications, codebases, integrations, analytics products, and business-process automations.
• Own defined features or technical workstreams through development, release, maintenance and improvement.
• Translate requirements into solution components, tasks, acceptance criteria, and testable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions and related integrations.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Design and optimize data ingestion, transformation, loading, and validation processes.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
• Review and maintain code, configurations, and automation logic.
• Coordinate with data engineers, analysts, and engagement teams.
