Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of related professional experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher.
• Excellent English-language skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfort working in-person as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, enhance, and support data platforms, databases, applications, codebases, integrations, analytics products, and business-process automations.
• Own defined features or technical workstreams and coordinate their delivery from requirements through development, testing, release, and ongoing support.
• Translate requirements into solution components, tasks, acceptance criteria, and testable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) and related integrations.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau; build analytics products.
• Design, develop, and support data ingestion, transformation, loading, validation.
