Job summary

EY is seeking a Data, Application & Automation Delivery Senior in the Government & Public Sector AI & Data practice. You will own data platforms, databases, and automation components, building reliable solutions for federal, state, local, and education clients.

Responsibilities include developing Power Platform solutions, dashboards, data pipelines, and integrations. Strong SQL, Python, and cloud skills are required, with 60% in-person collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience with SQL and relational database concepts, including queries, data structures, integrations, performance and data quality.
• Development or scripting experience using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, R, or a comparable language.
• Experience developing or maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable BI platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, enhance, and support data platforms, databases, applications, codebases, integrations, analytics products, and business-process automations.
• Own defined features or technical workstreams through development, release, maintenance, and improvement.
• Translate requirements into solution components, tasks, acceptance criteria, and testable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps/Power Automate) and related integrations.
• Create and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Support data-ingestion, transformation, loading, and validation processes.
• Review code, queries, configurations, documentation, and test results for quality and maintainability.
• Assist with production support, deployments, migrations, and modernization efforts.
