Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Analyst – Data Analytics to transform complex federal program data into actionable insights for the FSA portfolio. You will develop and deploy advanced analytical methods, create KPIs, and leverage SQL and Python to work with large enterprise datasets.

You will collaborate across projects, guide stakeholders on data usage and performance, and help modernize the data ecosystem with automation, scalable pipelines, and AI-driven analytics to enable predictive insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and data analytics principles.
