Job summary

Maximus seeks a Junior Biostatistician to collect, engineer, process, and analyze data supporting military activities. You will transform raw data into actionable insights and predictive analytics through statistics, data mining, and ML, while building scalable ETL pipelines with SQL Server and Databricks.

Visual analytics will be developed using Power BI or Streamlit, and data solutions integrated via Power Platform, Posit, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, engineer, process, and analyze data to support military activities.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights and predictive analytics through statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and Databricks with Apache Spark/PySpark.
• Develop visual analytics and decision-support products using Power BI or Streamlit.
• Help integrate data and analytics into solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Posit, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with NLP and Large Language Models for AI use cases.
