Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a management consulting firm.
• MBA or PhD and 3+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Support project leadership in developing strategic approaches and cross-functional thinking.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities, manage timelines, and drive high-quality outcomes.
• Communicate key business insights across client and internal teams.
• Contribute ideas and analytical perspectives to client engagements.
• Analyze data to generate insights and address complex client challenges.
• Develop clear deliverables that connect analysis to recommendations.
• Manage workstreams and coordinate with team members for timely progress.
• Participate in internal firm initiatives and team events.
• Contribute to a culture that embodies ZS values and collaboration.
