Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Principal Data Specialist Solutions Architect to design scalable data lake and analytical solutions integrating AI for enterprise customers. You will drive adoption of AWS analytics services and partner with field sales, account teams, and service groups.

In collaboration with customers, you will shape strategies, build strong relationships, and help migrate workloads to the cloud while showcasing best practices in data engineering and cloud

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology domains such as software, cloud, systems, data & analytics.
• Experience developing end-to-end technology roadmaps and evangelising IT transformations.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to accelerate adoption of AWS services and cloud platforms.
• Formulate and execute cloud adoption strategies with measurable business value.
• Become a trusted advisor on AWS data and analytics services and best practices.
• Collaborate with service teams to improve the AWS platform and customer outcomes.
• Develop reusable solutions for common business and architectural challenges.
• Lead workshops and hands-on sessions to demonstrate AWS services.
• Build senior-level relationships to enable cloud advocacy within customer orgs.
• Contribute to customer-facing publications and speak at events.
• Mentor and onboard new Solutions Architects through programs.
