Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics to oversee data-related reporting across provider, clinical, member data and other data types. The role combines people leadership with technical oversight to drive critical claims analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of statistical or data analysis experience.
• Medicare/Medicaid managed care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis, identify root causes, and develop improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to implement better workflows.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of internal and external reports.
• Manage scheduled and ad hoc reporting needs of the organization.
• Execute large reconciliation tasks with accuracy.
