Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of statistical or data analysis experience.
• Medicare/Medicaid managed care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy and timeliness of reporting across provider, clinical, and member data.
• Lead analytics projects and cross-functional collaborations to drive business decisions.
• Mentor and manage a data analyst team with varying skill levels.
• Ensure data quality and auditing across core systems and reconciliations.
• Manage large data-related projects from inception to completion.
