Job summary
Columbia Bank is seeking a Product Owner III, Data & Analytics to maximize the value of underwriting platforms through data strategy, analytics, and reporting. You will partner with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights and drive automation opportunities.
You will develop roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure data governance and regulatory alignment while delivering integrated data solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 7+ years in product management, analytics, or banking operations.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms.
- Experience with AI-enabled analytics and decision-support.
- Strong data governance and BI concepts.
Responsibilities
- Define product roadmaps focused on data, reporting, and automation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting tools.
- Translate business needs into user stories and backlogs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and vendors.
- Support release planning, training, and adoption efforts.
