Job summary

T-Mobile in Bellevue, WA seeks a Sr. Product Manager to lead analytics initiatives and deliver actionable insights from multiple data sources. You will build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, guide stakeholders, and ensure data quality through ETL and modeling in Python, SQL, and Excel.

This role offers telecommuting options with on-site presence 3–4 days a week and a base salary of $196,914–$201,914 per year, plus annual bonuses and stock opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in business analytics, OR related field with relevant experience.
• Experience extracting and preparing analytical data for reporting.
• Ability to build dashboards and analytics using BI tools and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Identify new data sources to improve business outcomes and reporting.
• Provide leadership with insights and reports on trends and drivers.
• Prioritize projects and drive new reporting requirements to completion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable data architecture and solutions.
• Define requirements clearly and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate key insights to senior leadership.
• Continuously enhance reporting and analytics processes.
• Perform complex ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting.
• Serve as a subject-matter guide on the team.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
